The RevOps audit,
in days
Five Dots runs a structured revenue diagnostic inside your own Claude, using the connectors your team already has. It finds where the revenue is leaking, scores it against what we have measured across eleven engagements, and hands you the roadmap. Your records never leave your systems.

Whether the pipeline you report is the pipeline you actually have.
Evidence
412 of 1,084 open opportunities have no future-dated activity and no task owner. Median age in stage: 61 days against a 24-day benchmark.
Impact
Forecast overstated by an estimated €1.9M. Stage 3 conversion is being measured against deals that stopped moving in Q1.
Recommended fix
Enforce next-step-or-close on stage entry. Auto-flag at 1.5× median stage age; auto-demote at 3×.
Illustrative report. Every finding cites the records it came from.

The problem
Revenue leaks in the places your dashboards do not look
Most revenue problems are not strategy problems. They are definition problems, routing problems and data problems — and they are invisible from the top of a funnel chart.
Dashboards report the past
Your BI stack tells you win rate fell four points. It cannot tell you that stage exit criteria were never defined, so the number was never measuring anything stable.
Nobody owns the seams
Marketing owns the form. Sales owns the call. Nobody owns the nineteen hours in between, which is where most of the loss actually happens.
The audit goes stale in a month
A consultant maps your process, hands over a deck, and leaves. Six weeks later three new automations have quietly undone half of it.
What gets checked
Everything a RevOps team checks,
run against your own data
Nine jobs, executed by your own agent inside your systems — your CRM, your ICP, your customers. Five Dots supplies what to look for and what good looks like; your records never leave.
Data hygiene
Finds the accounts nobody owns, the contacts attached to nothing, and the duplicates inflating every count you report.
Activity and call capture
Checks whether what actually happens with customers reaches the CRM, and how many deals are being carried by a single contact.
Pipeline discipline
Finds the pipeline that stopped moving, the deals with nothing scheduled next, and the losses nobody recorded a reason for.
Lead flow and routing
Measures how long demand waits for a first touch, and whether your volume is pointed at the segments that actually convert.
ARR and contract integrity
Reconciles what the CRM says you booked against what was billed, and surfaces the double-counted and the never-logged.
Renewal and churn coverage
Shows what is up for renewal and how much of it has nobody working it — before the renewal date rather than after it.
Stack and spend
Counts what the commercial team pays for, which categories overlap, and what has sat on an invoice unopened for a year.
Reporting and visibility
Finds the reports nobody reads, the numbers assembled by hand every month, and the spreadsheets running beside the system.
AI operations readiness
Establishes what AI is genuinely running in the revenue team, what is blocking more of it, and whether the data underneath is good enough yet.
Today all nine run on demand — run the set, fix what it finds, run it again to show what moved. Standing watches that flag a regression without you asking are next on the roadmap, not something you have today.
How it works
Connected in ten minutes. Diagnosed in thirty.
Connect it to your own Claude
One MCP server, added alongside the connectors your team already runs. Five Dots never touches your systems — your agent does, read-only, from inside your environment.
≈ 15 minutes, once
Your agent runs each module
Five Dots hands your agent one module at a time — the steps to run and the remediation playbook. Your agent runs the steps against your own systems and records the findings in your own store. Nothing is sent back to Five Dots: no records, no counts, no percentages.
≈ 3 working days
You get the roadmap directly
Your agent turns the findings into a prioritized, actionable roadmap in your own store — what is wrong, why it matters, and what to do about it, in order. It is yours the moment it is done. Nothing waits on a review, and nothing leaves your environment.
Yours directly
Where your data goes
Your records stay yours. The judgement stays ours.
Most tools in this category ask you to pipe your CRM into their servers. Five Dots does the opposite: the diagnostic runs where your data already is, and only the numbers that appear in your report come back to be scored.
The honest version: for us to score anything, the aggregate findings have to reach us — the same percentages and counts printed in your report. Never a record, never a name. If even that is too much, we run it with you in a shared session instead.
What it replaces
The $11,700 diagnostic,
from €199 a month
A year of this costs roughly what one day of that costs. Not a claim that software replaces people — it is the codified expertise of people who have done this work, run by your own agent. A claim that the discovery half of an audit, the part that is the same at every company, should not be priced like the half that is not.
Where this goes
Gap detection first. Full revenue leadership after.
We are shipping the part that is honest today: finding what is broken. Five Dots earns the right to prescribe, and then to act, by being right about the diagnosis first.
Phase 1
Private betaThe audit
A structured GTM audit run by your own agent against your own systems, using our methodology and remediation playbooks. Findings with the evidence attached and a prioritized roadmap that says who owns each fix — delivered to you directly, with nothing sent back to us.
Phase 2
Late 2026The standing watches
The checks that found a problem do not retire when the report ships. Each one becomes a watch you can switch on: data hygiene, pipeline hygiene, renewal exposure. A weekly digest of what got worse, what got fixed, and what needs a decision.
Phase 3
2027The rented function
On-demand judgement between the watches, and an operator who reviews the digests and executes the remediation. The RevOps function, rented, rather than a report you have to act on alone.

FAQ
Questions worth asking
Does my data leave my systems?
No — nothing does. Five Dots has no access to your CRM at all. It hands your agent the methodology one module at a time; your agent runs it against your systems from inside your own environment, and the findings and roadmap stay there. Five Dots receives nothing back — not a record, and not a count or percentage either.
Will Five Dots change anything in my CRM?
Five Dots cannot change anything, because it never connects to your CRM. Your own agent does the reading, and every module asks it to look at things rather than touch them. Connect read-only; write-back is not part of this.
Who runs it — a person or a bot?
Your own agent runs it, using our methodology, scoring criteria and remediation playbooks. It scores each area red, yellow or green against our definition of good — not against other companies — and uses that to prioritize. There is no gate to wait behind: the bands, findings and roadmap are yours directly. If you want a human expert to look over the output, you can share it for review, but nothing requires it.
How long does it take?
Connecting takes about fifteen minutes, once. The audit itself typically runs over two or three working days, depending on how much of it your agent can complete without help and how quickly the interview questions get answered.
Which systems does it work with?
HubSpot is first-class today. Several areas need no connector at all — they are questions. Salesforce, billing and contract systems are next. Partial coverage is normal and expected: anything that cannot be assessed is reported as not assessed, with what it would take to assess it.
Can I audit just one part of my go-to-market?
Yes. Choose the full audit, a single function (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing…), or a single area — even one thing, like your customer health score. Your agent runs only what you pick, and you can re-run any area later.
Where does the underlying judgement come from?
Five Dots has spent years inside other companies' revenue operations. The methodology and remediation playbooks are the codified version of that work — what good looks like, the specific shapes bad tends to take, and what it costs to fix. That expertise is what you get, delivered into your own Claude.
Does this replace a RevOps hire?
No, and we would not claim otherwise. It replaces the diagnostic phase — the audit you would otherwise pay a consultancy for — and it ends with a roadmap that says which fixes need a person and which need a standing watch.
What does it cost?
Starter is €199 a month for up to 3 users. Team is €499 a month for up to 10 users and adds an hour a month with a RevOps expert from Revenue Wizards. Custom is on request. Everything is billed in EUR and excludes VAT.
Are there any discounts?
Only with an annual, 12-month commitment: 15% off the plan and the additional-seat rate. On top of that, every user on an annual contract gets a free seat in the RevOps Essentials course from Revenue Wizards, a €390 benefit per user. There are no other standing discounts.
Is there a free trial?
No. Starter on a monthly plan is the trial: start it, run the audit for real, and cancel any time if it is not for you. Think of it as pay-as-you-go.
Can I add more users?
Yes. On Team each user beyond 10 is €49 a month. On Starter each user beyond 3 is €99 a month — deliberately the priciest way to scale, because past a handful of users Team is the better deal. Custom is sized to the account.
What is the Team partner hour, and does it roll over?
One hour a month with a RevOps expert from Revenue Wizards — for interpreting findings, prioritising and scoping fixes. It does not roll over: an unused hour is gone at the end of the month. On Team the first hour can double as onboarding. If you need more hours, or want us to operate the tooling inside your systems, that is what Custom is for.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Monthly plans can be changed or cancelled at any time. The annual plan is a 12-month commitment.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. There is no setup or implementation fee on any plan.
Do I need my own AI subscription?
Yes. Five Dots runs inside your own AI environment on your own tokens — you bring your subscription to Claude, OpenAI, or the LLM of your choice, and anything with an MCP that connects to it works.
