Who it’s for
Built for teams already halfway there
Five Dots is for modern B2B companies with enough RevOps and AI maturity to act on a diagnostic the week it lands — not file it under strategy. If your stack is connected and someone on your team already works with an AI assistant, you can be running within the hour.
You likely already have
A defined GTM motion
Inbound, outbound, ABM or PLG — you know how you sell. The diagnostic scores discipline against the motion you actually run, so having one is the starting condition.
A CRM at the centre
Salesforce or HubSpot, with enough history in it to be worth interrogating. It does not need to be clean — finding out how unclean is half the point.
A stack around it
Notion or Confluence, Gong, Clay, n8n, a billing system — the usual sprawl. The more systems, the more the seams between them are where revenue leaks.
A team already using AI
Someone inside is already working with Claude or ChatGPT. The diagnostic runs through that assistant, so the habit matters more than the tooling budget.
Enough complexity to hurt
Diagnosing the gaps by hand has become slow, expensive or inconsistent — usually all three. If one person can still hold the whole GTM stack in their head, you do not need us yet.
Who tends to run it: RevOps leaders · GTM operations teams · Revenue leaders · Founders and operators at scaling B2B companies. The common thread is wanting a better revenue system without adding headcount to get it.
The honest split
A strong fit
- Already uses AI tools in some form
- Has data, process and system sprawl across the GTM stack
- Wants clarity on what is broken, missing or inefficient
- Needs a structured way to assess data foundations, process quality and operational opportunity
- Prefers lightweight software over a large consulting engagement
- Is willing to self-serve and experiment
Not the right tool yet
- Does not use AI tools at all
- Has no connected GTM systems
- Needs heavy implementation support from day one
- Expects a high-touch services model
- Wants custom workflow building as the starting point
None of that is a judgement. A company that cannot yet connect its systems or work through an AI-native workflow has more foundational problems to solve first — and software is not what solves them.
